Question about methadone and using opiates with it

Hi I am new to this forum and have a question that I would really appreciate any help with. I have a very large opiate tolerance and I took 80 mg of methadone around noon today and know my dealer called and is bringing me some instant release 10 mg opanas my favorite. Will I still feel the opanas if I do them and if not how long do I have to wait. Just some background I never take methadone so it is not built up in my system just a one time 80mg dose and when I get these opanas they will be injected and I'm getting 4 of the white tens. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
