First time posting on here, got a question. Guy I work with gave me 3 white, round pills with k3 on one side and two scores making an "x" or a "+" on the other side. Said they are hydromorphone but I can't figure out what mg they are and how I should do them? Have a fairly high tolerance, 2 rox 30s or about 6-8 tens to get me where I want to be. How many mgs are they and should I snort em or just eat em?

Hydromorphine us dilaudid(?sp) & im pretty sure the whites are the lowest mgs which would be 2mgs. I always got the grey ones & I know they were 8. Im sure you could look it up on webmd to be sure. I only used them iv, as for me they sucked any other way but i had a high tolrrance. Someone else who eats or snorts them would kniw that better than me. I just remember getting a great rush but it lasting very shortly. I last used them in 2005 so check webmd in pill identifier for mgs.

Sounds like you got ripped off. We don't do pill IDs here - and since you used a good source (WebMD) to double check...chances are you're not missing anything and your buddy just sold you promethazine and told you it was hydromorphone.

It is possible that he mixed up the promethazine and hydromorphone pills by mistake as well...
