So I was just thinking about cbds, thc & etc. Is a certain part of the bud or leaf more concentrated in certain cannabinoids or thc than other parts of the bud or the leaf? I know that bud has the highest percentages out of all the plant, But is a certain part of the bud have more or less or certain buds on the plant. I am very experienced with herb but never seen anything about this particular subject. Any insight would be welcome :)

The only thing that's known for sure is that the upper buds of the plant, or at least the buds that have more exposure to direct light, will develop more and have a higher percentage of cannabinoids.
As far as anyone knows, all the cannabinoids develop from the same structures in the plant.
If you want to try a high with a different mix of cannabinoids it's as simple as smoking from a different plant. Even the same strain will have a different cannabinoid mix if picked at say 8 weeks as opposed to 11 weeks flowering. Not to mention different phenotypes.
