Question about benzo's

ok...a little unsure about the terminology...but what is a good dose of Klonopin in a recreational sense...say 4mg's? and valium (diazepam?) 's good dose is 20-30mg's..and these are both benzo's?
any pro/neg experiences?

I would say that 2-4mg of Klonopin or 20-30mg of valium would be a good place to start. But if you dont have a tolorance both of those drugs have long half lives and the effects could last well into the next day.
