How much in terms of grams and/or mg is this?

Also, SWIM drank a crystal [one of the smaller ones, like the one you see in the middle-right] 1h20m ago and SWIM doesnt really feel anything. SWIM although ate a relatively big meal about 12 hours ago and went to sleep right after eating.
