question about 32mg oxy capsules

My freind recently acquired some capsules that are 32mg oxy with 5mg of dextrose. (They are legit, swims freind acquired with the prescription bottle) The question is, are they safe to break open and snort? Swim usually likes to snort half, eat half. I have never snorted anything with dextrose though and was unsure. The insides are a fine white powder, capsule is white and unmarked. Apparently some new blend from Florida.

The dextrose wouldn't harm you but oxycodone has a higher bioavailability when taken orally. When snorting these, you get gunk in your nose and you're better off just swallowing them. Also we don't use "swim" here so I edited that out.
