Stimulants quantity inject crystal

i ve try to find an answer in the previous thread/forum but i couldn t
so sorry if my question has been answered many many time already !

about injecting meth :

i ve a basic scale, and i can't precisely measure 0.10g or 0.15g
so until now i managed cause i know more or less the quantity (also in the insulin syringe), but it s only visual and not precise

so how much quantity for a crystal injection ? what is the "regular" dosage" ? witch quantity to not exceed ? and how to measure it ?
