Quality or Quantity?

Okay this question was posed to me when I was frying balls a week or 2 ago.
What determines "good acid"? Quantity? Quality? For example, when you take 2 drops of liquid from one vial and you trip your balls off but there is no mindfuck you would still say it's "good acid". But when you take 2 hits of another vial and DO get mindfuck, it would be better acid. Now, my question is what determines the qualities of the trip? The same amount of LSD ingested from 2 different vials SHOULD result in identical qualities. BUT, they aren't!
Is this because the LSD molecule from each vial differs in the way it's made? Or is it because there is more acid in one of them?
What I think is that there are different ways of making LSD, therefore different chemicals are in the vial, adding different qualities to the trip.
Can someone please explain this thouroughly to me?

Actually variances in your 'trip' are mostly determined by the quality of lsd you take. Quality is mostly determined by the amnt. of impurities. I challenge anyone to find REAL LSD these days, it just doesn't exist.

LSD is LSD, some is just more pure. It's not like different types of weed, which produce unqiue effects. Acid trips can very A LOT. It's not the quality of the LSD changing, it's you.

I always thought the whole mental part of tripping was called mindfuck...hence visuals+mindfuck=good trip
 
acid is one of the most complicated drugs to synth. therefore, there are only a handful of people in the us, possibly the world, that make it. some is better than others because there are often impurities. i dont know a whole lot about the synth, but what i hear its a pretty tedious process.
it also has to do with the state of mind you were in when you tripped.

Because it is so hard to synth, I guarantee most of the acid you find was probably made at the same lab. LSD25 is the same molecule no matter which vial it came from. Maybe, just maybe, it has to do with the amount the powdered LSD was diluted in the vial before the paper was dipped, the geltabs were made, or the vial was sold (probably to be diluted again to repeat the process of dipping, etc.) Acid is a psychological drug, making random placebo effects powerful. Your "mindfuck" (which pisses me off) is caused by whether you subconsciously want it or not. Acid is annoying, meaning what you don't want is probably what you'll get.
urbal-I can get 'real LSD' whenever I want, I just rarely want it. What kind of fake LSD do you get?

Out of all the times i tripped i had mindblowing acid that was like no other trip about 3 times. 2 of them green gel tabs. 1 was some liquid (that i only had one drop of)some guy sold me for 10 bucks a hit. Best 10 bucks i ever spent. besides that little asian hooker.
