pv3 - What is it?

My supplier has something called pv3 but will not give me the exact chemical name of the compound, only saying it's a mdpv substitute. I
have not been able to find any info on it except one report which said it was more like m1 or meph than pv1, whatever that means. Does
anyone now what this is and have any info regarding dose and/or effects? I'm a bit suspicious that said vendor will not say what it is.
