I have this friend that has a... home business and he has all this shit piled up... Dumb as hell really. But I asked him why he didnt just get rid of it? He was saying that he was trying to find a way to reuse it. So if anyone knows, are there any ways to clean and reuse petroleum products? (xylene, toulene, naphta, ether, or other possible products? Any and all help would be appreciated.

Yes.

Go to your local library, find a copy of "Purification of Laboratory Chemicals". Most often it'll be distillation, or running it through a column of activated alumina.
