Pure alprazolam powder

Alprazolam is not soluble in water. Also, IV administration of benzos doesn't make them kick in faster or come on stronger. It is technically possible but you would have to IV and aplrazolam/ethanol tincture and that is kind of stupid.

IV isn't recommended as benzos tend to have shitty solubility in water as mentioned, if you wanna IV it, you goto mix it with something like propylene glycol.

However, IVing benzos is pretty pointless, you won't get much of a rush and it has an extremely high oral and sublingual bioavailability, so it's a lot of hassle for very little gain.

IV administration of benzos does make the effect "come on" faster than oral or SL (granted sublingual adminstration will reduce the onset of the effects by about 20 minutes compared to taken orally) IV onset is pretty much instant. Also IV benzos will be "stronger" than when taken orally, but in the case of alprazolam, you're only getting an approximate increase of 5-10% of the bio-availability.
