purchasing pain meds online...reliable sources?

I see online prescription meds for sale at supposedly discount rates. Are there any recomended sites? Sites to stay away from? How are pescriptions handled?
I'm looking to replace the meds my wife and I use to get to work after the occasional extra rough day-after. She gets them for periodic migraines and we don't want to "wear out our welcome" with our local doc.
Is it really possible to get things like say Lortab or Vicodin online?
