Puking from heroin??

The last few nights I have been smoking heroin more than usual to get a satisfactory high.. Along with snorting the usual bumps. By the end of the night when I lie down I get nausea my stomach gets upset all of that. I've thrown up a couple times.. Is it just from smoking more than usual??? Should I be worried about overdose?? I'm not nodding or anything jus thought I would see what you guys think. Thanks in advance!!

Yes + you may be developing a bit of tolerance maybe.
I believe your body is instinctively vomiting the excess, like when we drink too much..
Not necessarily a bad thing.
