Public Labs Spectrometer testing

Whoa awesome. No idea if it works, would love to try it though. In theory it's a nice idea tho
 
It only uses visible (not useful to us) and NIR which needs a very robust calibration. Given the cost I think it's worth trying but really I think we'd need mid-infrared.

That should be similarly do-able though so it's a shame nobody has developed it.
 
Same technology (NIR), same problem. Definitely worth investigating but I won't hold too much hope.

Shipping date has been pushed back over a year on that one.
