Quick post: Jerry I don't agree that the mental health system of which we talk is that of just a utopian society that we can only dream of and as such will never exist. I agree that it will not exist in our lifetime.
But one day we'll get there. Just think how misunderstood and what little knowledge we had regarding physical health matters and science 500 years ago. Through education and progress this improved and continues to do so.
If we keep progressing I'd imagine even within 100 years we will be laughing at how bad we were at treating mental health problems.
