Wondered if anyone has noticed any difference in the effects of psilocybin, mescaline and LSD and their effects on your perception of nature. A few thoughts I've had on each:
Psilocybin: Probably the most special psychedelic for nature. Very striking effect of making nature look like a painting. All the colours of the spectrum seem to be brighter and more vivid. Very psychedelic effect on flowers, grass, sunshine, trees and the sky. I think my favourite season for psilocybin in nature is summer for the brightness of the colours.
Mescaline: Doesn't have such psychedelic "nature looks like a painting" effect. More emphasis on greens and browns, not so striking when looking at the sky and the sun. Probably the most enjoyable psychedelic for night-time walks in the countryside. I prefer mescaline during autumn. Also has a gentle amphetamine effect which keeps you warm while walking around in colder weather.
LSD: Again, doesn't have such a striking "nature like a painting" effect of psilocybin, but it can have it's own unique "look" sometimes. Seems to have the most striking effect on the sun and the sky rather than the woods and the grassland. Perhaps that's just because I've been using it recently in winter when the trees are bare. Seems to emphasise colours like pale yellow, blue, whites. Good for long walks because of the energy and the long-lasting peak.
