So I decided to use sudafed 24hr pill to take the easy way out. I took 3.6 grams, the pills were all chopped up to enhance effect. First thing that hit me was a free falling sensation i guess a rollacoster type feeling. Then hallucinations started saw all kind of weird shits. I drove arround for a bit then relaxed in my car, breathing problems hit me hard, then tingiling feelings all over, floating over my body feeling. Some moments where my breathing paused sorta blacked out for about 30 sec. Shaked it off and went home. Laying on the bed watching reaper like figures floating over me. Heart rate picked up then slowed down then picked up again. Urinating is the worst, you feel like its there but nothing comes out. I guess i should be thankfull for still being alive.

Wow you need to go to the hospital if you are seriose about living. Otherwise you need to find a better way to kill yourself.

What should I be facing if I leave symptoms untreated? Side effects im dealing with now are urinating but takes 30 sec to come out, head aches, tingling on skin, irritability, light headedness, light pressure left part of chest.

How long ago did you take it?

You could possibly have a heart attack or stroke as a result of such a massive overdose. Please get medical help ASAP if you don't want to risk fatal or permanent injury.

Whew man...it sounds like the immediate effects SHOULD be on the downside but there's also a risk you've done long term damage (hopefully not). I think it would be a good idea to go to the hospital that way you can get an EKG done or at least to deal with your mental anguish. If you decide to not go get help check back in a couple of times in the next 24 hours. Good luck.

Update: Finally drank some water and ate. Also forgot to mention has been difficult to sleep. Got my blood pressure tested. heart rate @ ~128 pressure 138/86 shows prehypertension(first for me). Head ache went away after eating. Drinking water helped with urinating no more pauses. Still have tingling on the arms and can pretty much feel my heart beat. Tomorrow will visit doctor to see damage. If i researched correctly they said the lethal dose was about a gram at one shot.
