I highly doubt this will ever pass. This would be too difficult to enforce and there are freedom of speech considerations.

This guy is one of the biggest anti-drug trolls on the planet, and IIRC he is demonstrably financed by the alcohol, tobacco and pharmaceutical lobbies.

Type his name into the BL search engine. He sponsored the RAVE Act of 2003. He proposed that ISPs keep detailed logs for law enforcement. He refuses to allow bills to deschedule marijuana to go forward in Congress.

If the Patriot Act can be passed... TWICE!... this can be passed too. The only rights you have are those the government allows you to have.

Is it just me or does it seem that these right wing, neo-conservative nut jobs are being so blatant as of late that they are not even trying to mask how ludicrous their authoritarian laws are! Who could honestly look at this and not say to themselves that this goes against every fiber in my body that believes in freedom?

The gig is getting sicker by the minute and i wouldn't doubt at all but this would pass :|
 
see thats how it goes. ive been warning people of their loss of freedoms for a long time now. They all say, well what freedoms have i lost? I usually come up short on the answer because most of the things weve lost are very specific and discerned. As time goes by tptb start making more and more ridiculous laws and whatnot. The totalitarian-tip-toe as David Icke calls it. What bothers me the most is that for this one man drugs are such a big issue that he is literally trying to make laws to micro-manage peoples lives! WHAT THE FUCK the fact that people consistently think up things like this is what depresses me most about life. I mean, whats the fucking point!?
 
Absolutely Insane! What the fuck is up with the USA? So me wanting to discuss illegal drugs with someone else will result in me getting into trouble? Even though I'm in the UK?

Bloody ridiculous! The US really does seem to be getting too big for its boots with things at the moment.
 
According to the law and the above posters question would the US Citizen be the only person breaking the law or would both parties?

Also why don’t they pass a law like this but instead of drugs and drug regulations insert US manufacturing and US manufacturing regulations, thus making it illegal for anyone to conspire to manufacture anything destined for the US without following the stringent US manufacturing laws and regulations. That would end un-employment in the US that’s for fucking sure.

ITS THE NEW WORLD ORDER, Slowly but surely the powerful families and people that run shit and know shit will emerge once we are all living in utter poverty. How can America force other countries as to what their laws should be concerning substances or anything for that matter?!?
