I've been using prop. glycol to dissolve pure etizolam powder for IV use. I heard too much prop. glycol can cause acidosis and lately when I try to IV the solution it starts to burn about mid way plunge and when I pull the needle out excess liquid oozes out. This was never an issue for the past 6 months until now. I'll use 20 units of prop glycol and 90 units of a saline solution.

Anyways, why is this all the sudden happening? I make sure to use all the precautions such as a micron filter and practice sterile techniques. Some will say why shoot benzos it's a waste and there's no added benefits, but I actually do get a nice, subtle rush. Actually, the full solution also contains suboxone (.5mg/10units), but I doubt the sub has anything to do with it. I'm more concerned about the prop. glycol. Any feedback be great. Thanks.

Sounds to me like (whether you are hitting a vein or not) that you are pulling your rig out before the injection is 100% complete.
I cant speak to the safety or lack of safety injecting PG. I've only used it for oral solutions.
