Will an experienced personnel please describe the proper methodology in order to get jwh onto botanical incense (jwh+ethanol, =jwh+incense). The reason I'm asking is because SWIM does not trust vendor quality. Thanks for your time. SWIM's is also available if needed. thanks again.

ethanol is a decent solvent if it is 200 proof (absolute ethanol, anhydrous ethanol)

acetone is a much better solvent because it evaporates very quickly and JWH compounds are HIGHLY soluble in acetone. be sure to evaporate a test portion of acetone before starting to ensure there are no impurities present.

step 1: ensure your incense is thoroughly dry, then weigh the whole batch.
step 2: test your JWH compound by itself. know what dosage you are shooting for and how much incense you intend to smoke to achieve that dosage.
step 3: using the ratio from step 2 (mg JWH / g incense) and the quantity from step 1 (g incense), multiply to determine how much JWH you will need.
step 4: dissolve the measured amount of JWH in your solvent of choice. use enough solvent that you will be able to thoroughly coat your incense without making a huge puddle.
step 5: mix well to incorporate. ideally every fragment of your incense will be wet with solvent without too much dripping.
step 6: evaporate all the solvent thoroughly with a sparkless fan in a well-ventilated area with no open flame nearby. continue mixing the incense as it dries to ensure no wet spots remain.

remember that acetone dissolves most plastics, so perform step 4-6 in a glass container with a large surface area.

thanks for your knowledgeable insight greenmeanies. However, will you explain your method of choice of coating in detail and what do you mean by "mix well to incorporate"? should SWIM use a magnetic stirrer?

if you have enough solvent to use a magnetic stirrer, then you have WAY too much solvent. i was thinking of moistening your incense like fresh grass clippings.

i'm pretty sure dehydrated is the same as anhydrous... be sure to evaporate a small portion to test for impurities.

Thanks for your insight green meanies. As you can tell, SWIM is very inexperienced and would greatly appreciate it if you could explain how you would coat the jwh in detail (step by step if possible). Should the incense be dipped into the solvent and then let it dry?

You dump the entire portion of JWH-018 into a tiny amount of acetone. There will now be JWH-018-acetone solution which looks identical to straight acetone. You then soak the herbs in acetone, and the acetone will quickly evaporate leaving dry herbs laced with the JWH-018.

also posted in another thread but....

My good friend speaks, as I write for him:

I got a decent amount of jwh-018, I know its legit. I smoked it, as well as others and its definitely a synth cannabinoid. We smoked it off tinfoil like tar heroin and got sufficient effects, as well as in a bowl which works ok. joints work ok.
SO.... I wanted to try to make dippers (or cigarettes infused with...) with jwh-018. I did all my reading and homework. Bought the 100% pure acetone and a pack of smokes.
The jwh-018 powder comes as a clean white powder thats relatively fluffy and fine in consistency. it has an odor, but hard to describe. It almost immediately dissolved in the acetone, leaving one or two grain-of-sand-size insolubles. After making a nice potency solution, I had gently pulled on each cig as each tip was briefly dipped into the solution, and the solution obviously was sucked up and was visible on the cig.
although I worked fast doing this, the solution was evaporating quickly as it was such pure acetone. Hence, the saturation increased. so the first dipped cigarette will very likely be weaker than the last one.
after all was evaporated (remarkably fast), cleaned up and all; we had to have a go. I dont really care for cigarettes anymore, although I used to smoke them (still smoke trees n shit tho), therefore I split a dipped smoke with a friend. this dipper was of medium potency. I am able to get a rough estimate of the potency by telling the color of the residue left on the cigarette.
we split it and really didnt feel anything. I wasnt taking large drags or holding it in at all.
I guess that specific concentration isnt enough dose, isnt efficient enough delivery mechanism, or some unknown variable.
Since I have a lil bit more jwh, I may make another solution with the rest and try to get these cigs worth-while to smoke by dipping them again.

I know this isnt directly related, as making a legal smoking blend by spraying a solution was mentioned; but this relates.

All in all, seems like you really gotta have the proper measuring equipment and know what you're doing.
I'll update as to how the effects of the twice dipped cigs are turn out.
Thanks for the info contributed in this thread!!!

im gonna bump this for someone i recently ordered some different legal herbs off the net to infuse with jwh i was wondering if anyone would no a nice ratio of these plants for 1 x Hyssopus officinalis -
1 x Hyssop () =
Quantity 114 grams
1 x Nymphaea caerulea - Blue Lotus
Quantity 28 grams Dried Flowers
1 x Hydrastis Canadensis - Goldensea
Quantity 114 grams Foliage
1 x Artemisia vulgaris - Mugwort
Quantity 1 pound Dried Herb
1 x Calendula officinalis - Calendula Flowers
Quantity 56 grams Dried Flowers
1 x Sassafras albidum - Sassafras
Quantity 28 grams
1 x Equisetum arvense - Horsetail
Quantity 114 grams Shavegrass

thanks how much i have of each plant so if someone could ever so help me i would love it :)
btw what would be the right amount for each ounce batch? i am going to be drug tested for my suboxone doctor so I need to stock up on the blends because god damn its more efficient then normla bud

In my experience, herbs such as mullien and damiana, and marshmellow work well. until you want to start tinkering around with other ones to make a nicer blend.

as said, mix the jwh with acetone. find an HDPE spray bottle (there are some travel sized hair spray ones for like 1$ at target). spray over the herbs and let evaporate.

I did this using jwh-018, a syringe, cigarettes, and acetone not long ago. I think a substantial amount of the jwh-018 vapor gets caught up in the cigarette filter, because I needed to use 4 or 5 mg per cigarette to get decent effects, and usually 2 mg is sufficient when vaporizing off of tinfoil.

I just back loaded the jwh-018 into a syringe and sucked up 10 insulin units of acetone. Then I injected the solution into the tobacco in four or five places along the length of the cigarette and let it evaporate.

I think if I cut the filter short with a scissors (or just used filter-less cigarettes) I would have gotten more 18 out of each drag. I also held the cigarette vertically downward when taking a drag so that the heat would rise through the tobacco and vaporize as much of the 18 as possible before the cherry reached it and burned it up.
