Propane + MIPLA + THC + Mebroqualone

Is it safe to take MIPLA 600ug plus 25mg THC then inhale reagent grade cyclopropane while tripping then take mebroqualone to sleep?
 
Ummm im not a doctor so i could be wrong but a lsd analogue, Quaalude analogue, inhalational anesthetics, and thc is probably not safe.
