Promethazine/Hydrocodone Ratio

If I have 25 mg promethazine pills and hydrocodone 10s...what is a good ratio to take in order to get that "lean" feeling you get from prescription cough syrup.

Like, how many promethazine pills and how many hydrocodone pills would I take every time?

I took 3 hydros and 4 promethazines and I "leaned" really hard, but I'd like to conserve as much as possible. KEEP IN MIND I HAVE A PRETTY HIGH TOLERANCE. I've taken, like 2 hydros and 1 prometh before and felt nothing.

This is a rather low tolerance...

Just don't go over 150 mg of promethazine, and stay where you are on the hydro. Increase by 5mg on the hydro when you get more tolerant.
 
i am a very avid drank sipper. i hope you know what i meeen, not that corner store shit :) but id say take 3 pros and 6 hydros just cuz the promethazine makes you soo damn sleepy and the more codone the better "lean"

He has hydrocodone, not codeine. He will feel sick if he goes slightly out of his tolerance range... Which he is going to do if he takes 6.
 
I agree with K'd-OUT, you can go higher with the hydrocodone, adjust to your tolerance and what type of high or "lean" you're going for, but I wouldn't go higher than 100 or 125mg of promethazine. Anything higher and you'll most likely pass out and not enjoy any of the high anyway. I usually take 25-50mg promethazine when I do that combination, and I am aiming for the sedated feeling I'm pretty sure you're talking about. Anything higher than 75mg of promethazine has most people knocked on their ass.

Drank is codeine. I don't even know why I explained this. You know just as well as I do, bro...

So, avid drank drinkers are not hydrocodone users. I of all people should know this. I live here, where it thrives, and if I ever mentioned oxycodone or hydrocodone syrup, they would look clueless... They know what tussionex is, thanks to Three 6 Mafia... LOL

But the point is, there is no hydrocodone/promethazine syrup, I wish....

That's really all I was saying...

Plus this dude is not used to that amount of either of those pills...
 
Tussionex is about as close to hydrocodone pills the "syrup" people are going to get, it's nice in higher dosages, that's for sure.

I'm sure the OP knows the difference between hydrocodone and codeine and that there's no such thing as "hydrocodeine".=D

You are right most of the time, but not this time you are not. Tussionex contains hydro and chlorpheniramine. chlorpheniramine can be fatal in high doses. That is the ingredient in triple Cs that was sending kids to the hospital.

What contains only hydrocodone?

Damn, your totally right. I don't know what I was thinking. Actually what I was thinking is that the Hydrocodone is extended release.

I forgot the name of the tablets with only hydrocodone. They are 5mg and its prescribed specifically for coughs. Its a cough medicine.

I know there are tussicaps which are the exact same thing as Tussionex except in pill form for the people who don't like the taste of Tussionex. I find it quite tasty though.

Just to let people know, it was DXM and chlorpheniramine that was dangerous.
People were dying from serotonin syndrome.

The toxicity of chlopheniramine is realitively low... Making Tussionex very, very abuse worthy...

No, it has absolutely nothing else. I believe it is only prescribed in Canada from what I heard (Someone in Canada told me this, he could be wrong) but I've seen the picture of it, small tablet, white of course.
