promethazine/codeine via cwe

Hi folks i have come across some promethazine which is a very strong anti-histamine.
I like to have codeine once a week maybe two via cwe using 32 pills 8mg codeine in each.
What i would like to know is what would be the best time to take the promethazine? Before or after? If before how long before codeine dose and vice versa.

i would take the codeine extract first wait 30mins an then have the prom / phenergan to potentiate

As i'm impatient i ended just taking night nurse capsules 1.5hrs before my usual dose of 256mg, doubt it ends up that much so i'll say 200 mg codeine.

20 minutes in i felt very nice nothing beats that warm feeling and i am now 30 mins in and feel so relaxed so i am going to try what you have both advised tomorrow night and see if that makes a difference.
