Opioids Promethazine-Codeine recipe?

So, I have a bottle of 10 mg Codeine to 6.25 Prometh, and I was wondering how much I should put in my Sprite for some lean. I've never used straight up Promethazine, but in my old town we would dip buds and blunts in it and let it dry to smoke it. I definitely want some strong effects and to be feeling it, but I don't know how much syrup to use since I haven't experimented with syrup before.

Some advice or a recipe would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Be careful trying to get high on that, a recreational dose of codeine will mean you are consuming a large amount of promethazine which is not a laughing matter. Anti-cholinergic deliriants are quite horrifying to some.
 
Sorry about that Mr. Mod sir. Just my lead in on why I'm even trying it. Just moved to a new town and Cannabis is incredibly difficult to acquire in my new town. And when you do get it, the amounts are disappointing. Thanks for the advice though. I will be careful.
 
I would need like 300mg of codeine to get high. That would end up being 195mg of promethazine - a bit much for anyone to be taking.

When I've made lean, I had to work with such a difficult syrup. What I would do is take up make sure I didn't take over 100mg of promethazine. The high wouldn't be like from codeine, but instead a lot less of an opioid euphoria. Instead it's replaced largely by a boring sort of stupid sedation and disorientation from the anti-histamine.

But anyways, I can't in good judgement recommend using more than 153mg or so of codeine. That would keep you at around 100mg of promethazine.

Not much of a high imo... Not very much fun either, unless you like to sleep or have no tolerance whatsoever to opioids.

If 50mg or benadryl makes you sleepy, this is just gonna make you REALLY tired (not in a fun way, just plain tired), and falling asleep.

Be careful not to mix such high doses of promethazine with cns depressants such as alcohol or benzos. You're breathing is gonna be more than enough depressed from the codeine+promethazine to begin with, and you would very much risk deadly complications.
 
I've been a strictly weed guy during my entire drug experience. I've tried molly and salvia and peyote, but never any other chemicals or pharmaceuticals. I dabbled in Benzos once or twice, but no opioids. So I'm not sure what my reaction would be.

But you're right, at 91.3 mgs of Prometh I'd be at 150 mg of Codeine. I'm not sure what effect that would have but I do have somewhat of a tolerance to anti-histamines. I'd be willing to go more than that, but I have no idea about the effects yet. One way to find out though. I laughed at all my friends who said that they would never need to know Math outside of school.

You're very welcome. And on that note, welcome! ;) 150mg codeine/91.3mg promethazine sounds like it'll do you well given you specifics. Still, your millage may vary, but all that's left to say, I think, is... (Stay safe and) Enjoy!
 
Where I'm from if u have a tolerance, after u mix the promethazine with liquid hydrocodone or codeine and then crush up a few pills and stir them in.

Usually a Xanax bar, and a little bit of a stronger opiate like a chopped up dilly, methadone or percs or norcos, desoxyn optional.

Add in some jolly ranchers and stir that shit up nice. Add sprite if you don't want to be sippin on straight syrup and ground pills. Thats why I recommend sprite.

And I like to use clear glass cups so you can be see if the ground up pills dissolved good and u can see the jolly ranchers at the bottom. Fuck styrofoam cups that's bad for the planet and environment.
 
Codeine/Promethazine would be so nice if it wasn't for the promethazine. I really dislike anti-cholinergenics during the daytime, still have 3 oz sitting in my drawer from a script from 7 months ago.

A perfect lean would just have crushed pills in it, Tricomb had the right idea :D
 
Well, maybe with a little anti-histamine in it or on the side to increase sedation and decrease itch, but that's more if you like the kinda off nod it can provide.
 
At the doses I take I don't nod, so I just take cetirizine 10mg to kill the itch and not dirty up the high with the drowsiness 1st gen anti-histamines provide.
 
Yea, I hear ya. I used to like the kind of dirty high you speak of once in a while, but different strokes for different folks. It certainly got old sometimes... Especially when I needed to be functional and everything while using (but then again, most of my opioid/heroin use was spent binging once in a while as opposed to taking smaller doses more regularly... I'm just glad I only got to the point of using a lot every day for a month or two years ago, and quickly learned the follies of my ways before switching back to the random sniffing binge).
