Hi,

I tried a few searches but nothing seems to answer what I want to know. I'm 25, been on the Addies for ten years.
When I started actually using my adderall at 15 yrs old, I got into lifting and long distance running. I was at my prime. I know side effects come out more and more as time goes on, and my honeymoon period is over. So I've decided to get back in shape (quick).

<snip>

HALOTEST - 25 (x2 daily)
M-Stane - 10mg (1-2)
& PowerFULL GH Stimulator (velvet bean once per day)

I've only barely started to use these. I know they're tough on your liver, So i've been keeping it light.

I AM WONDERING .... Besides weights, and exersize. Are their any benefits to prohormones? (Cognitive, mood effects, energy, etc etc.)

Mostly I am trying to drop weight with adderall without losing all my muscle and growing a fat tummy *cortisol (adderall induced stress causes the release I believe)

I'm not a big fan or pro hormones and the toll they take on your body. As far as there being any cognitive effects, I would say there are none. Certainly nothing that could get you off the ADDERAL....if this is what you are getting at. To drop weight without loosing too much muscle, it's going to come down to diet and not the supplements.

A toll as in how? I mean , as a functioning poly-pill/drug popper - I've weathered some pretty toxic stormy periods without incident. I think the whole liver issue is overstated. ANd as it turns out, I have felt much more energetic, confident, and physically nimble since I started the prohormones w/ the adderall.

P.S I'm dieting and exercising too mr. greenlight ; ) jk haha

True. Hepatotoxicity is over exagerated with pro hormones, but for good reasons. They are much harder on your liver than your typical "pill". Some compounds are more toxic than others. In the case of prohormones - certain ones are more/less toxic. A PH like superdrol would be at the higher end. Fortunately, the liver is one durable organ. Make sure you're taking a liver aid while on, avoid the boos, cycle off and you should be fine. I just PERSONALLY avoid PH's and prefer the not-as-toxic "real thing" ;).

P.S. PowerFULL by USP is an all natural product that you shouldn't have to worry about. There also is no real need to cycle off of it. Let me know how it works out for you.

When and how much cardio are you doing, man? I may be able to point you in the right direction :)

Basically 3 times a week I run about 1 mile to a local lake... swim across it and back (mabe 3/4 mile) ... then run the mile home.

On the other days I go hiking with some friends, and smoke a bowl on top of a local mountian or hilltop.

I try to eat less, and avoid overly sugary/super processed flours etc...

(I was 185lbs 6 montsh ago.... now I weight about 200, but I was 221)

Throw the "GH stimulator" out. It's a joke.

If you're just going to run, there's no point in doing a cycle. That's way too much cardio. Fuck that noise.

I don't understand why you're trying to cut down like that. You need to be eating more, not less. Don't worry about the number on the scale. If you clean bulk and lift hard, you're going to be more satisfied in the long run. PH's are not going to "get you into shape". They will temporarily increase your strength and muscle mass.

Eat more.

6-8 meals a day. Lean protein. Low glycemic carbohydrates.

Cut out carbs in evening.

Switch cardio up to first thing in the morning on empty stomach. You'll burn more fat this way. If physique changes are really your goal hit up a stairmill for about 45 min. every AM.
