while continue'n the addiction while trying to bodybuild is counter productive,lifting is going to make u healthier and also helps the veins recover /stay healthy

but if ur using gear then i would think bodybuilding would be ur priority ,not feeding the pincushin need

i mean chipping once or twice a month shouldnt hinder your results ,stay on track with diet ,sleep ....etc
