Technical Problem Profile Picture Problem

I've tried putting the URL in, it accepts it but the profile pic still shows up as a question mark. I've tried direct links with photobucket and imgur. Does it have to be a certain size or format? I wish it had a simple upload from computer button like the one for the avatar picture.

Greenlighters can't upload a profile picture. Avatars only.
