hi,
As you know in today's world life is very fast and stressful which leads to the lot of stress and unhealthy living.
As everyone know every function of body is controlled by brain.if it is overloaded with stress it will also lead to unhealthy growth of body.
is there any remedy to get rid from this mental ailment.
 
I've found meditation, yoga, excersize, and getting regular adequate sleep help with stress. Healthy eating also helps tremendously. Some herbal suppliments also help, such as Relora and Kava. Daily magnesium seems to tone stress down as well. If you have panic attacks, Indural (propranolol) also helps, it's a beta blocker and stop the adrenaline reaction. It's also not addictive or mind altering.
