I take weight lifting serious and i know its very important to be drinking at least 1 gram of protein for 1 lb of weight. i weigh 160 lbs so that would mean about 3 shakes a day. But my problem is right now im going through stomach problems. i have diareah constantly and the protein just makes it alot worse. I have been getting bigger but i know with drinkin protein i could be getting prob better results. i currently drink isopure.. is there any protein known to be easier on the stomach??

Concentrated liquid whey protein. With two gulps, you get 42gr.

It's whey, and the stuff tastes rather nice too. Takes 3-4 seconds to finish. VERY handy when you are traveling and don't have the powder, milk, and blender on hand for a whey shake. It's easy to throw in your gym bag so you can have your protein at the gym...instead of waiting till you get home. I take one pre and one post work out and no stomach issues at all. Grape is prob my favorite. %)

Same thing happened to me with ON Whey protein, i had the double chocolate or w/e it is. except i had waaaay more instant heart burn/indigestion. like, literaly the second it got into my stomach the acid just exploded up my esophogus.

So I switched to Goats milk protein.

All those weight lifting protein supplements are almost always made from cow milk.

Goat milk is in so many ways better, or just the same. but never less than.

Product is called Goatein company is Garden of Life

Read up on it, google it, you will understand why it could be exactly what you are looking for.

, it tastes great, it is just a light, clean, real vanilla taste, i mix it with water

by the way, i had diareha the first few days i was using it. this is natural, you gotta understand that anything new to your guts will almost always upset them, just give it a week, and also drink it slowly and with some wheat bread maybe, for the fiber. it should stop just like it did for me

you can get all ur protein from food alone. you don't have to supplement at all..

^ Yes, that is totally true man. most important is learning to eat right, and excersize correctly. supplements are next in line, that includes protein.

but post workout food is very researched i believe, and the results have been made fact. a good dose of protein in your post workout food is critical.

just search online about post-workout nutrition, its a must.

I know that opioids are generally thought to reduce testosterone, but would it be possible that Immodium would do enough in stopping the diarrhea to off-set the test drop, if any?
