cause I took 300mgs of tram and 4 hours later I got my script for roxies and put two up my nose and it dont feel like it normally does...
No. Tramadol is not a mu-antagonist at all.
It is purely a mu-agonist. It also releases serotonin, norepinphrine reuptake inhibitor, NMDA receptor antagonist, nicotonic acetylcholine receptor anagonist. It has two more actions in the brain, but don't remember them right off the top of my head.
Again. No. tramadol does not block the effect of opioids.

Be wary of trams, I had a seizure from those and didn't feel it coming at all. Didn't stop me from finishing the script eventually, just had to be more careful. Take em with a benzo if you got em.![]()
Sorry to hear about your seizure. I have been on tramadol for 7 years and have yet to have a seizure. I rarely go over 200mg in 24 hours, but I still think about a seizure sometimes. The risk may be overblown a bit, but I know there is a big risk over 400mg in 24 hours. Some experts recommend not to go over 300mg/24hour.
