[Private Survey] Have you ever tried entheogens?

Hi, I'm working on a project regarding entheogens (although there was some controversy amongst the teachers I decided to keep on going with it ) Some things I want to acomplish are:
-Study the consumers' profile
-Proof that their consumption is not related to personal failure
-Demonstrate that all kinds of people consume it (over 40 years old, people with doctorates...)
-Measure the strenght of their effects
-Analize the effects induced by the consumption of each substance
-Compare the advantages and dissadvantages of each one...

To the point, I've uploaded a questionare: http://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?hl=en&formkey=dHB3LWx5WGZiNTdHbklxaEVBWXJybkE6MA with which I pretend to study some of the above mentioned points. At first I only ment to collect 50 responses but I received more than what I expected so I've translated it to english and I'm aiming for the 200-300 responses

The entheogens that appear in the questionare are:
-Ayahuasca
-LSD
-Psilocybe Mushrooms
-Salvia Divinorum
-Peyote
-DOM
-DOB
-2-CB

So if you've tried any of them I would really appreciate your answer (results are annonymous). Thanks for reading and sorry if there are any gramatical mistakes. 8)
Once the study is finished I could upload here the results and the conclusions with graphics, stadistics, and all that

One of the drugs doesn't allow multiple choice of adjectives, whereas others do allow it. I assume this is unintentional? Otherwise, looks like a fine survey. Good luck.

Agreed. And also agreed with Invert that that page didn't allow for multiple choice where the others do. Survey completed, nonetheless. Let us know how it goes and please report back with your findings if you get the chance. Good luck with it
