Hi Guys,

i am taking piracetam for pure nootropic reasons. i had tried it before in a small dose about 800mg per day. effects where moderate.

i take 1mg of clonazepam everynight , is there an offset between those 2.

what is considered to be a good dose for piracetam and how many times a day, im thinking. 800mg morning 800mg lunch 800mg night.

suggestions? :)

I'm not sure what an offset is, but I know people have used piracaetam for post alcohol abuse tremmors & shakes!

To my knowledge, their activities will counteract each other, but only 'additively' (subtractively?); that is, there is no specific interaction, but k-pin fuzziness and piracetam drive and focus may interfere with one another. I'm pretty sure that GABA agonism inhibits glutaminergic transmission downstream, and then piracetam might enhance such signaling (or at least LTP in the hippocampus and PFC). But this interaction is likely relatively minor in effect.

I just have found piracetam more and more relaxing everytime I have taken it and there are plenty of studies where it seems to show this.
It is a gaba derivative anyways, it puzzles me to no end when people say its a stimulant.

ebola?

my english is not so good at time, meaning counteract each other, but only 'additively' . what do you mean by that.

do i still get the piracetam effects taking the benzo?

thank you
