Fresh off celebrating their fifth anniversary, the team behind The BPM Festival is back again with the second annual Primavera Festival in Playa del Carmen on the Riviera Maya, Mexico, April 5 – 8, 2012. With last year’s festivities bringing party-goers from all over Mexico, North America and beyond to this global clubbing hotspot, the second annual Primavera Festival promises to turn the heat up once again for the Semana Santa holiday week.

Primavera is inspired by Mexico, as it takes place during Semana Santa, the biggest holiday season of the year here. It’s also Easter holiday around the world, so it’s the perfect getaway for any electronic music lover,” says festival director Phil Pulitano.

Over four days, Primavera 2012 will host day and night parties headlined by Lee Burridge, Art Department, Tiefschwarz, Victor Calderone, Guti (live), No Regular Play (live), Francis Harris (live), Matt Tolfrey, Sean Miller, Nitin, Lauren Lane, Michelangelo, Julien Loreto, Robbie Akbal, Neno, Mar-C, Jeff Gold, Niko Glenn, Omar Labastida, Mike Montano, Muan, Rodrigo Madrid, German Wagener, Paskal Daze [and more to be announced].

Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya is a beautifully idyllic Mexican resort town, tucked into the coastline of the Mayan peninsula, 45 minutes south of Cancun airport. Sun-drenched white sand beaches and turquoise waters stretch for miles, while beachfront venues like Kool Beach Club, Mamita’s and Canibal Royale -- which host Primavera’s free day parties -- are just steps away.

Primavera single event tickets will be available for all night events and the All Day I Dream Closing party at primavera.wantickets.com. The ticket and merchandise center will be open at Kool Beach Club from April 5 to April 8, 12pm-8pm.
