ok i have finally gotten the coolest hookup of all time and can get prescriptions written for whatever ails me. i wanted to know of some good opiates or other prescriptions. Fentanyl looks pretty sweet but why would one be prescribed that? any other prescriptions that last that long or are especially good?

Look into Stadol (Butorphanol). It's a mix opioid agonist-antagonist usually perscribed for migraines and child birth. 10X more potent than morphine. It's only a CIV so you shouldnt have too much trouble. It comes in a nasal spray bottle so it's great if your in IV user.
 
You will never get Fentanly prescribed to you unless you are terminally ill or had a major surgery, so forget about that. Even if you did get prescribed without a terminal illness, it would be minimal amounts. As said earlier, you're best bet is to work your way up from hydrocodone, something like that. If you want long-term Rx, you have to know what you are doing. Back aches don't cut it, especially if nothing shows up on X-rays, or unless you have proof of something.

do you have a medical condition ? a crooked doc? a friend ? it would be useful in telling you what to try to get
 
If you got a hook up with a quack for a doctor then just go for the oc 80's & 2mg Xanix. You'll be set on that combo...
 
Fentanyl is also used in surgical procedures - I've gotten it myself as an anesthetic (neuroleptic intravenous sedation, where fentanyl is mixed with droperidol, an antipsychotic used to chemically immobilize psychiatric patients). Fentanyl is quite short-acting, which is why it's used in a patch for chronic pain.
 
I have had patients that have had Fentanyl, but they have either had an epidural (for pain or labor), or the patch for severe pain related to Kidney failure and bone cancer. Starting straight off with Fentanyl is not very smart. Build your way up. Also the pharmacist, if they are a smart one, are going to question someone walking in all happy to get a scrip for this. We had a patient in severe bone pain and kidney failure and we up'ed his dose on the patch from 25mg to 50 mg (over 3 days) and we had to use Narcan to get him out of his deep sleep.
Just be careful and don't be stupid about your scrip!!!!
 
Are you only interested in opiates?
Personally, I'd get some meperidine (Demerol), OxyContin, and maybe some morphine (preferably in injectable form).
If I could get other things, I'd get a fuckload of adderall and desoxyn, xanax, butalbital (great for headaches), and maybe some sleep aids like seroquel, ambien, etc.
 
speedy drugs are not my cup of tea. i prefer oxycodone or hydrocodone like medication. xanaex is always good but i have gotten a few scripts for that already. i am not a very large person either 5'6" 125 lbs, if i get some oxy's will it raise eyebrows? what should my symptoms be?

The only pt I've evre seen get prescribed fentanyl, was a patient I was caring for who was in renal failure. He had occlsions in his renal and femoral arteries and his toes were gangrenous and falling off, and his leg was ice cold and had several open ulcers (arteral) on it, it wasnt a pretty sight. But if you want some opiates just get some hydrocodone or codine or depejnding on how good ur hookup is you should be able to get low dose oxy's (40's). A friend of mine got prescribed them for back pain so you shouldnt have much trouble with that. But what do I know right?
 
why would you be askin, i would have been in the pharmacy the same day gettin my script of oxy filled if i found somone to write a script for anything!

.. id really really only get at the most 2 perscriptions from this source... i mean 2 different meds, just refill the shit outta them. scenario..
your a pharmacist.. some wacky guy comes in every week and hands you a script for a different fucking hardcore ass opiate.. its suspicious as hell, even if you switch pharmacys all the time, im sure they have *some* sort of way of tracking this. i say get some oxys and hydrocodons.. if you get greedy, ill bet youll get jail time too, or at least investagated, and your source could get busted. be careful, and have fun.
