Prescription History for Desoxyn

My friend has to provide a 90 day prescription history for Desoxyn to the drug lab his urinalysis was sent to. He has ordered his prescription online for a number of years therefore can not provide an actual prescription history. HE NEEDS HELP in trying to come up with something as his WHOLE LIFE and family are depending on him keeping his job. He just needs a 90 day history with the proper DEA # on it and any "pharmacy" that would be able to verify that he is in there system, this can be any ma n pop pharmacy doesn't have to be a big chain store. HELP!!!! he doesn't know what to do and feels like his life is done.
