Gabapentinoids Pregabalin Tolerance and Pain management

Hi all,

I have been taking Pregabalin for pain for a small while now and I have noticed that my pain is slowly coming back. It is very hot at the moment where I am and this often causes my neurological pain to increase anyway, however I was wondering if I were to be developing a tolerance for the drug would this then affect the pain killing effect of the drug on my body?
