Pregabalin not working?

I took 900 mg yesterday and it put me on my ass. I took 1200 mg today on an empty stomach, 3 hours later, NOTHING. Ive heard from others than you have to take a break of several days between doses in order to still feel the "euphoria" it gives. Does anyone else have this problem?
