Precipitated Withdrawal Paranoia

I am a new member to the site as of about 5 minutes ago. Have been frequenting bluelight as a non-member for years reading threads of reports, but this time I find that a bit more personalized advice is going to be needed. Have been an H user off and on, going on 6 years now. I would classify myself as a binge user. Have been on a binge now for close to 3 weeks with my man, using probably 20 hours out of the 24 hour day in VERY high doses of high potency H. His paranoia of precipitated withdrawals have now gotten the best of me. I have never experienced them in the past and would dose with either oranges or tex at the beginnings signs of sickness. I have not used since around 6 this morning, administered a large dose. I am still able to smoke cigarettes with them tasting normally, have an appetite, and average body temperature. I presume that my withdrawals will start closer to bed time, or when my mind starts to become less motivated and disenchanted. I have been keeping busy and find that helps me tons.

How long should I wait before dosing sub? I do not have tex, so that is not an option. I would like to have a seamless transition from sickness to wellness. Last time I tried to come off of a binge, I waited 24 hours before taking a sub dose. I was so overcome by weakness at that time that I could nearly get out of the bathtub and scored H several hours later. I can not have that happen this time.

Is it true that dosing sub in 2mg doses will avoid PW. Any advice you have for me will be greatly appreciated.

And if I am not using the forum correctly, I apologize. I am new to the site as I said before.

There is no real rule, everyone is different. The sicker you are, the less likely you will get precips.

Generally 24+ hours is safest

Good luck

Don't know if it's too late, but best way it to do multiple small doses yes. BEst doing like .5mg, then 30 mins later another .5. Then 1 or 2 hours later take 2 mg. Then wait a couple hours and you should be inducted fairly painlessly. You also might need to take less sub this way. Just titrate up by 2 mg every hour or so until you feel right.

This is a good idea. Also it helps if you're in moderate withdrawal. If you are at least in mild to moderate withdrawal and you induct the Suboxone gradually as suggested above should greatly reduce the chances of precipitated WDs even if you're not able to wait 24 hrs. How sick you are and the dose you start with/induction dosing matters more than waiting a specific number of hours.
