pre-anxiety before dropping

every time i'm about to mdma (around 3 days before i plan to) i have terrible anxiety.
i can't sleep, i feel cold and shaky and unable to focus, and i can't stop thinking about rolling. i have no idea why this affects me so much or how to stop it. i try to calm myself down but it doesn't work.
i usually feel better for a few weeks after i drop, but when i know i plan to do it again, the days leading up to it are stressful because i can't get it off my mind.
i do struggle with slight anxiety/ocd normally, but i hear from others that they also get mdma "flashbacks" (a "rush" when they think of doing mdma/e) but no one experiences the dreadful anxiety symptoms like i do.
does this happen to anyone else? why? any way to stop it?

i've dropped around 10-15 times in my life, around 2-3 pills, and i space it out from two weeks to about three or four months.
 
I have gotten some level of anxiety before events/days I knew I was going to be dropping, but you just have to relax. You're anticipating what's going to be taking place too much. I think the best thing to do would be to busy yourself up until that point. When I'm feeling anxious in general, I tend to make a lot of plans with friends, throw myself into work. It helps for me. I hope you feel better though, remember, it's just a good time about to come your way..embrace it!
