Have done 3 doses. 20mg, 40mg and 50mg. Spaced a few days apart.

I'll post my experiences up on trip reports later this week. But I get the feeling the dose is way below anything that would resemble an active or even primer drug. Essentially either a +- experience or nothing... hard to differentiate from placebo. Definitely not an active sympathomimetic!

Would be interested to hear other peoples experiences. In particular regarding doses around the 100mg+ range. Whether this kind of dose would be a useful primer for psychedelics in the same way something like MDIP would be...

Oh yes, indeed. PPAP is my compound of choice. As with everything, it depends on the person. PPAP is an extraordinary thing, even from a pharmological perspective: a CAE that has unknown mechanisms of action, that only amplify and enhance whatever your current neuronal activity is. Tired? You will sleep. Ill? You will feel really ill. Awake? You will be very awake, to the point that stimulants of the more nasty variety start to feel similar. Gym? x3. Work at a desk? x10. With alcohol? Non stop babbling dancing machine. The base compound Selegiline increased lifespan in rats and dogs by numbers I hardly recall, but ridiculous numbers like 10 and 30%. It is a subtle, elegant amplifier that can be harnessed. I have personally used it on and off for over a year, and I dont find there is any withdrawal, comedown, or any "drug" like experience. I think it is useful for those who have a project that needs completion, but that project is not a week or day project, something more like a year. A new home, getting a startup off the ground, a relocation. This is the kind of thing that just gives and doesn't really take. Problems I have had: 1) Gut. sometimes this stuff does something that makes you throw up. 2) emotional amplification and fragility - if you have had a couple of drinks, don't expect to be able to get unhooked from whatever alcohol fueled annoyance grabbed your attention - this stuff makes you focus on it non stop. Combine with alcohol only to the point that you have self control. Drink one beer or two, but not more. In social events, keep a buzz on but don't get drunk - you will just be a highly capable drunk, which is dangerous. 3) Relationships with other people: IQ and focus improves...over time you get used to the intellectual stimulation, and after a while other people that were once entertaining might seem a bit inadequate for your newfound tastes.

Don't expect to get high. Yes, 100mg range doses will give you that hyper-structured awareness of things -a fern in the countryside will appear as a fern in toto, every single blade simultaneously slicing itself into existence - but it's not a goal in and of itself is it?

Never heard of this. Very interesting.
The first alternative you mentioned is far too potent and should most definitely be confined to the realms of "NO". I wondered about it myself only because of my interest in the PPAP compound, but when I saw the molar concentrations needed to have an effect on living things, I think on the whole it would be best left not mentioned. Of course, in a dream world, we'd all have the freedom to play, but I think the stuff you referred to there, availability would start to draw the attention of far more serious parties, and to be honest, in my opinion, rightly so.

I think I'm correct in saying that @fastandbulbous mentioned it and described it as a functional stimulant with antidepressant qualities.

Now I never tasted methiopropamine but I found papers in which the cathinone analogues were studied. I read this long ago but I'm almost sure the researchers discovered that just as increasing the chain-length increased potency and increased DAT selectivity with the n-pentyl with the pyrolidine ring as the basic amine was the most active of the series i.e. 2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)-1-(thiophen-2-yl)pentan-1-one.

IF the N-substitution follows the patteern seen in cathinones I would expect the N,N-dimethyl homologue to be similarly potent.

Before people ask, no, I do not recall any ring-substituted derivatives being tested although I would be fairly confident that addition of a methyl ortho or meta to the S of the thiophene ring increasing activity or at least significantly reducing the duration of action. But everything after the second paragraph is based on rational design. I am not aware of those compounds ever having been tested.

From anecodotal experience, I find dosing with N-methyl-cyclazadone once a week to be highly effective as a mood booster, preferred over any other stimulant.

Doses: 30mg PPAP, 15mg n-methyl-cyclazadone

For me this news is sort of fascinating, amazing. I am a little anxious about NMC. Because of this (after some wine) - (btw NMC is completely legal where I live) - I tried roughly 2mg of NMC. For me the effect was profound, like if you were to distill the concept "speed" , like an alchemist, out of this class of compounds, and somehow make it a definition...like Green is green, and Red is red, ...then Speed , the nastiest, coldest, machine like form of it, that was for me what NMC is. My jaw was tight, my muscles were tight. My chest was tight. And despite the physical tension, the mind was bright, and the feeling was like cold, hard, rage. I went to meet my wife and pick her up at a meeting place. People moved past me like an invisible barrier of yards distance pushed them away. The tension was subconsciously interpreted as hostility. OK everyone is different, and I know that one mans molecule is another mans poison, but my feeling about the effect of NMC on me (and the alcohol might have been the problem) was that this should not be available to the average consumer. It has been a long time, living comfortably in mature middle aged luxury, since I felt that killer instinct, but NMC brought pure machine like purpose back into me.

Wow! Never had this intense an experience even on 25mg…
