Opioids Potentiation: Clonidine + DXM

So I read in the thread that Clonidine and Diphenhydramine potentiate opiates. So I took 0.2mg of Clonidine and 100mg of DXM, however, I don't know when to dose the oppies?? With, or post potentiators? Thanks
