hydromorphone is too damn strong iv. It's really good muscled, hits after about 4-5 minutes.

You won't see Duragesic unless you get it from the street... it's one of those medications for people who are in such pain that addiction isn't a concern... of course this only becomes an option after ALL other avenues have been exausted..
