I know a couple of these are long, but they're just tinkerings and first attempts so they're more for allowing us to hear the various layers of each song together. Next step is to trim them down : )

Anyways, here's some music me and a buddy have put together. Skip through them to hear the different parts, I know asking for you to listen to the whole things may be a bit much.

My main interment is my voice, its been the thing that has kept me sane through some turbulent era's through the 26 years I've been alive...But, about 4 years ago I started to play the guitar...I'm not great at it...I'm ok'ish sorta...Yea, its more of a prop to hold onto when I do sing in public ie. at bars or cafe's etc...A security blanket if you will...It also is relaxing to play when things are stressful as a way to release the pent up emotion...

Aww, fwiw, here is my little contribution:

http://www.soundclick.com/bands/default.cfm?bandID=780205

It's some of my earlier stuff I did on my PC, and quite different to a lot of stuff on here. Quite laid back and Floyd like. But then again, I am old and grew up with Floyd so that's my excuse :)

I have a nice little studio here, and love collaborations, so pm me if anyone is interested. I've just finished contributing guitar, drum and vocals on 8 tracks for someone the other side of the world, without ever seeing him. Ya gotta love the power of the Internet!

Official internet release of "So the Heavens Can Hear Us, the Earth Will Be Our Sound". Please explore the possibility of this being genuine music. And if you like what you find, please spread the word so that more can hear it. Find it here: http://argalirecordsnetlabel.wordpr...hear-us-the-earth-will-be-our-sound-argrec12/ please download all the artwork as well as Florian did a wonderful job translating the sound into image.

my band just recorded four new songs and I would love for you all to listen and tell me something:

check out "summertime" and "so ko air" if you've got a couple minutes. and then "angeline" or "timebomb." those are the new songs and if you like mainstream alternative then please give it a go!

Hey all, I play bass/keys and sing in a psychedelic / grunge / rock band. We're called The Striped Bananas, based in NJ, and as soon as we can find a permanent drummer are gonna be doing shows all around the area :) My boyfriend is the singer/guitar player and writes all of our songs, he even wrote/performed Into Your Eyes during a DXM trip.

Check us out! click here!

extreme music fans (death, thrash, grind)

I'm a bass player from Massachusetts, I play in a few bands currently. My main band as of now is an old school death/grind outfit who go by the name FORCED ASPHYXIATION. Our myspace songs aren't that great, but our youtube material has a good quality sound to them. We just finished recording our first EP. I got youtube links posted below.

if you like what you hear, and would like to support us, please become a fan of us on Facebook, or add us on myspace (myspace.com/forcedasphyxiation).

We're also trying to get on this year's Metalfest here in Massachusetts, simply go to www.metalandhardcorefestival.com and suggest Forced Asphyxiation to play this year's metalfest. It would be huge exposure for us, and would be awesome to have an old school band on the bill.

I have another band I have been working on which is a band I have written everything in. Its really influenced by Atheist, Watchtower, Megadeth and other technical thrash bands, EARGAZM. There's one instrumental track up on myspace which you can check out here: http://www.myspace.com/eargazm1 .

I hate for this to come off as spam, but I do plan on sticking around on this forum. Support local extreme music. Keep it fucking metal guys, and I hope you dig Forced Asphyxiation!

Trying to win a spot at an acoustic showcase in NYC and need all the fans/listens I can get! the deadlines tonight! if you're into indie/house I swear you won't be let down! I already got 200 song plays in ONE day!
