You know how bodybuilders will talk about their supplement stack?
Well we're athletes in a way. We beat up our bodies the same way..
So post your (daily or otherwise, some days I purposely skip or leave certain supps out) drug supplementation stack if you have anything resembling one; here's mine (but I'm still in the beginning stages of formulation):
L-Arginine
L-Tyrosine
Acetyl L-Carnitine
Melatonin at night
Flax, Fish and Borange oils
Vitamin C (high dose)
Whole-food multivitamin
Red Wine Complex
Magnesium
Diphen (1 or more doses each day)
Phenibut (slightly addicted, but nothing benzos and my suppliments don't cure)
Suntheanine L-Theanine
Probiotic complex
Zinc
