Post sass sensory overload

Hi everyone,
Today is day 11 since I took what I was told was a clean .1g capsule of powder sass. I had a strong experience of intense happiness and racing thoughts during this high. I've had constant, significant issues since then; I'm especially worried about what I believe to be sensory overload. I cannot sit in a large room with many sounds (voices) without starting to feel extremely overwhelmed. It feels like my brain is physically overheating and I begin to feel panicked, hopeless and completely unable to accomplish important tasks. While putting headphones on and playing white noise helps a bit, I don't want to have to do this forever. Has anyone ever experienced this, and how long did it take to go away? I do not think this is a simple panic attack, as it is set off by something that I never used to have issues with. PS, the only other time I took something like this was .1-.2 g of MDMA basically 3 years prior. I did a single tab of acid 2 months before this incident but besides the next-day recovery, I really had no issues, so I don't believe multiple uses of drugs could be the culprit. By sass I assume you mean MDMA? Please be more clear so we can help you

I deal with this as a symptom of my depersonilisation disorder, which is an anxiety disorder. Ive had this for 8 months now but it has got somewhat better and Ive learnt how to cope with some of it. Its been a while since Ive been at uni due to the summer break (nearly 4 months) but anytime Id go into a big lecture hall, as soon as it went quiet Id get really hot and sweaty, dizzy, feeling like my brain is melting in my head etc etc. Its just panic dude.

I think with it being 11 days in you have a good chance of being fine again. Just make sure youre exercising, eating well, and getting proper rest and youll be fine
