Misc possible abscess?

i've been shooting for years and never had an abscess. I am down to 1 vein I can hit at this point somewhat reliably. Anyway there is a very hard lump just north of the injection site. i just poked it with a 25g point and tried pulling out what might be in there. it only came out with air and 2-3 drops of blood. So is this just from overuse of the site? i mean everything goes in this hole tina, h, bupe, everything. the ball under my skin feels about dime size, and is round i can feel its top and sides.

no insurance and already over 80k in medical debt - so avoiding doctor. just hard tissue or abscess forming?
 
Go to the ER. Even if you can't pay there are things like charity care. This is the point in time where you should get your medical advice at your neighborhood hospital. Poking and prying at something on your arm that isn't supposed to be there will more than likely make things worse.
