I hope I am posting in the right forum but if I'm not I apologize but can you move it to the correct one. Anyways right now I currently reside in pennsylvania and I've been accepted to many instate schools. The only out of state school I applied to is California State University: Northridge and I ended up getting accepted. It is in los angeles county. Well my main question is if I go to school out there when would I be eligible to get my medical marijuana card? I plan to have an apartment if I do not live at the dorm....also getting residency (not for college just because I do plan on staying). Would this be a problem since I am from pennsylvania but do plan to stay here?
Your help will be appreciated and I'm not entirely sure whether or not I will be going to california just yet or transferring out of an instate school after two years and then going.
