If someone was to take a UA and they were looking for Hydrocodone, when would be the best time to take a small amount so you will show up POSITIVE in a urine screen? The night before? A few hours prior to the test?
 
Sorry man, we don't allow any type of drug testing questions.

To answer the question a bit though... it should begin metabolizing instantly and should be found in urine excreted after an hour or so. Oh, and hydrocodone isn't detectable on standard 5 panel urine tests.
