Polycystic ovarian syndrome

Looking for some information on polycystic ovarian syndrome or more so anyone who might have some first hand experience.

My sister and I have just found out there is a family history of it, I've done some reading online but would like to hear from any bl ladies who might have some additional info/stories.

Look into iodine therapy. It has helped many people with PCOS!!!

my gf suffers and has terrible problems trying to lose weight... shes on 1000cals a day and gym 4 times a week and can bearly shift anything- she just builds muscle due to the high levels of insulin.
