Through taking a quick inventory of my various prescription and OTC drugs, I am inquiring as to which I should take, and which are of no help.

First a little back story. Through my various dealings with benzodiazepines, I have grown quite a high tolerance (about 10mg clonazepam to even feel anything)

Now the spread I have before me include omeprazole, diphenhydramine, hydroxyzine, gabapentin, and mirtazapine.

Which of these should I take (and how much) and which of these are useless.

Also, if anyone could give me a timetable as to how long I should take them before I take my clonazepam, I would be very grateful.

To potentiate benzodiazepines, and specifically clonazepam, you need drugs that strongly inhibit the enzymes that break them down. I don't see any useful potentiaters/synergism in your cocktail of drugs except for the gabapentin. The diphenhydramine is dysphoric, the mirtazapine is an anti-depressant, I'm not really sure why you would want that with your benzodiazepine, especially that it's not a one time drug, it needs to be taken consistently for you to gain clinical benefit.

-----------------------------

The gabapentin will hugely potentiate the clonazepam, be careful and start with one dose of each, wait a while, if you have a full stomach it can take several hours for the gabapentin to kick in. If you're not satisfied, take more gabapentin but not more clonazepam.

To conclude, all the drugs you have are basically useless in terms of potentiation/synergism except the gabapentin.

Also, bluelight forbids "what do I take threads" as they have minimal HR value so this may get closed.
